How to Become a Volunteer
We are honored that you are interested in joining us. Montfort is undergoing a major transformation and needs your help!
Here are the steps to becoming a volunteer:
1. Fill out an Application Form (available in French only)
2. Schedule an interview by calling 613-746-4621, ext. 2022 or 2019
3. Meet with a representative of Volunteer Services and bring the following documents with you:
- Application Form
- Your resume
- Two (2) reference letters
- Two (2) pieces of identification (Driver’s Permit, Birth Certificate, Passport or other) for a police records check
4. Attend an orientation session
5. Receive job-related training
You can also drop in to the office of Volunteer Services (Room 126 or 550) during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We would be pleased to meet with you.
