Palliative Care Services
The palliative care team at Montfort includes volunteers who give freely of their time and energy to ensure that terminally ill patients are treated with compassion, warmth and dignity.
Palliative Care Services are a source of comfort to patients who are at the end of life and gives them a chance to share their thoughts, their feelings and their spirituality. The members of this team also offer support to family members.
