Patient safety is an important element of a quality approach and for the last years, our teams have realized many initiatives and projects aiming at enhancing the experience of patient, visitor, and employee, by improving quality and safety.
The new government orientations in terms of patient safety suit perfectly to our organizational philosophy. Montfort, as all other hospitals in the province of Ontario, is compliant with those new requirements from the Ministry of health and long-term care and publishes, since last September, the data required for C-Difficile.
New patient safety indicators are published regularly.
