The Montfort Hospital Board of Trustees is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Guy Moreau to the position of Chief Of Staff effective November 30, 2009. Dr. Moreau succeeds Dr. Bernard Leduc who will assume the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of the Montfort Hospital as of January 1, 2010.

Montfort Hospital is seeking to acquire a property in the Orléans area and is accepting applications for consideration from parties with a minimum of 17 acres of fully utilizable land for development. Montfort will evaluate the submissions based on the suitability of the property for the Hospital’s intended use.

Mr. Gilles Morin, Chairman of the Montfort Hospital’s Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Dr. Bernard Leduc has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Montfort Hospital. Dr. Leduc will assume his new duties on January 1, 2010.

During the night, Mrs Chun Li gave birth to the 1st baby born in 2009 at the Montfort Hospital. Allan Li-Bordovsky, a boy weighing 3638 grams (8 pounds) was born at 00 h 42.
