Land Acquisition Application Process

Montfort Hospital is seeking to acquire a property in the Orléans area and is accepting applications for consideration from parties with a minimum of 17 acres of fully utilizable land for development. Montfort will evaluate the submissions based on the suitability of the property for the Hospital’s intended use.

In addition, Montfort is interested in exploring value added innovations, including but not limited to, land donation (full or partial) etc.
