Teaching
Montfort offers training programs in French to students in medicine, health sciences and social sciences, in partnership with a number of francophone educational institutions, particularly the University of Ottawa and La Cité collégiale.
Montfort’s training programs also lend themselves to interdisciplinarity, an approach that promotes collaboration amongst practitioners in the various health care fields. Such an approach helps train doctors, nurses and other health care professionals early in their career to better understand the complementary nature of their roles in the delivery of high quality health care services.
