Diabetes is a chronic disease that is characterized by an increase in blood sugar. Diabetes can be well managed and a normal lifestyle can be maintained.
The diabetes clinic provides consultation and follow-up services for patients living with type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes. The team is composed of specialist physicians, a registered dietician specializing in diabetes, a certified nurse diabetes educator and a psychologist.
Please note that a medical referral is mandatory.
